Brick & Wonder

Brick & Wonder is a community of real estate and design leaders focused on transformative relationships and professional growth.

After the success of his Hudson Woods development in upstate New York, architect Drew Lang found himself seeking a reliable network of creative collaborators to work alongside. As his vision began to form the basis for Brick & Wonder, he sought 1504 to support in the brand positioning and content development for the new organization.

In 2019, 1504 developed a narrative strategy for the newly formed Brick & Wonder, helping to craft the organization’s voice and messaging. Later that year, 1504 produced digital media that helped express the community’s point-of-view, hosted virtual workshops on storytelling, highlighted member stories, and further illustrated the values of collaboration and intentionality that Brick & Wonder is built upon.

Today, Brick & Wonder has expanded to hundreds of members in New York, Austin, London, and beyond. As it broadens its reach, it continues to stay honest to its original vision for a collaborative spirit.

I believe the greatest factor in determining success has to do with the people you work with. And the experience with all those people determines whether the project is satisfying for everyone to come together in a win-win.
