American Red Cross

A single blood donation can save up to three lives.

Despite such a clear call to action, the public’s awareness of the American Red Cross does not always translate to knowing how, why, or when blood donation is actually needed.

For over a decade, 1504 has served as a creative strategy and narrative partner of the American Red Cross to develop a more nuanced understanding of its biomedical division.

From working with cancer patients in need of platelets to those with sickle disease who require transfusions every six weeks, our integrated marketing campaigns have been developed across the country and all media types with a common aim: humanize the statistics for inspiring others to give the gift of life.
